RESERVATION INSTRUCTIONS
FIRST: CLICK HERE TO SEND AN EMAIL TO VERIFY AVAILABILITY (MAKE SURE TO INDICATE FOUR LETTER CODE AND DATES)
Once we confirm availability we will require you to send half the total rental amount plus a $40 reservation fee. We will need the entire amount including security deposit if your reservation is made after May 1. You can send regular mail if you do
so within the next 24 hours, otherwise you will need to send via Express Mail or similar. We will hold your reservation for 3 days. Your reservation isn't
confirmed until check is received.
Please make check payable to ATCP, Inc. Note the four letter code of your rental along with the rental dates on the
memo of your check. We will send a lease to the name and address on the check unless you include alternate
instructions
with your check.
Final Payment plus the Security Deposit is due in full by May 1st. After May 1st we require payment in full including security deposit.
Be sure to call or email to confirm dates. We prefer to have an email to date "stamp" your requests. We will hold
your reservation until your check arrives but no later than one week. We will show it as available on the website and take back up reservations.
