9/2/23 - SOLD - sorry you missed it but stay tuned for more and keep checking the real estate link above or reach out to me and I can sign you up for alerts! If you're thinking of selling contact me because there is still GREAT demand but extremely low inventory!

8/25/23 - The lack of inventory (just one reason is that seller's with low interest rate loans not wanting to exchange that for a higher interest rate loan and low inventory where they may want to go) has created an exploding ongoing pent up demand! If you're thinking of selling now or in the next few years I encourage you not to wait too long as we're hearing the interest rates are not going down any time soon and may never go down to what they were. If they do buyers can just refinance (or get an adjustable rate loan). That being said if you wait for rates to potentially go down prices would then go up so you could get more for your house but you'll pay on the other end if you'd be buying somewhere else. Needless to say it's an interesting time in real estate.

4/18/23 - Year to date there have been 872 residential sales on the Cape - the same time period last year there were 1177 to we still have low inventory keeping prices up regardless of higher interest rates.

4/17/23 - If you like going on walks as much as I do you'll love the Pleasant Lake area - we've got the old Cranberry across from the Tech school, the bike trail and just around the neighborhood admiring the houses and yard but if you venture a little further there's a very nice walk off bank Street on the left which can be short or quite long. We also have the beautiful Bells Neck area and for dogs there's Thompson's Field of course. If anyone has any walks they like to go on nearby please email me and I'll post on this page for others to see.
